Online Yin Yoga

This is an online Yin Yoga Class. Our way of keeping you practicing during this challenging time as we try to keep each other safe during the Covid pandemic. You can sign up online up to an hour before class and we will send you login details to access the live online class. Transform the way your body moves with Yin Yoga. You will be in for a treat if you have not yet had the opportunity to experience Yin Yoga. Yin Yoga practice will help you to find your natural range of mobility and flexibility. It's primary focus is to help release the connective tissue and create more space around the large fascial bands which tie our joints together. Yin Yoga is suitable for all levels and is enjoyed by all levels of students. Yin works to release the tensions held in the deeper connective tissues of the body; the joints, ligaments and fascia. When we practice we are looking to cause a gentle stress to the areas we are working which enable them to become strong and flexible. This increases our joint mobility and helps to release blockages in the myofascial meridian lines. This basically means improved flexibility and an increase in circulation not just around the stressed area but also, throughout the entire body. Come and join us every Monday and Friday for a deep luxurious dive into some yin yoga poses. Classes book up very quickly so please make sure to book early to avoid disappointment.

Online Vinyasa to Yin

This is an online Vinyasa to Yin Yoga Class. Our way of keeping you practicing during this challenging time as we try to keep each other safe during the Covid pandemic. You can sign up online up to an hour before class and we will send you login details to access the live online class. A lovely invigorating all level Vinyasa class which slowly winds down into relaxing Yin. Vinyasa is a dynamic flow practice incorporating sun salutations with traditional yoga poses, each pose moves in relation with each breath. We will be working the core, building strength and flexibility in the upper and lower body through dynamic vinyasa movements before softening and cooling everything down with Yin. This class is for all levels of students. Music is played in class.

This is an online Freeflow Vinyasa Yoga Class. Our way of keeping you practicing during this challenging time as we try to keep each other safe during the Covid pandemic. In this 90 minute Freeflow Vinyasa class we will explore poses in more depth and challenge thresholds. This is a strong (but playful) class, so come prepared to sweat but know you can work at your own pace. Adjustments and alternatives are always offered to enable you to get the best out of your own practice on any given day. Come and wiggle with Laura every Thursday evening 7:30pm - 9pm. The class is open to all levels.
