A dynamic yoga flow class that integrates breath, meditation and functional alignment. In the class we will explore practice of asana and the technical alignment of the poses as well as stilling the mind to find focus within the breath and the feeling of the movement/poses. The class is open to all levels.

Arm Balance Workshop 2 - Transitions

Workshop 2 - Arm balance transitions The second workshop we will build further and work with transitional poses such as picking up from tittibasana (firefly pose) and transitioning into bakasana (crow pose), learning how to begin to safely and effectively jump into poses such as bakasana. Plus adding in some fun arm balances such as Astavakrasana (eight - angle pose) and Eka Pada Koundinyasana I You will learn; To increase strength and flexibility How to distribute weight effectively How to activate your deep core and isolate core muscle groups How to move with grace and control through your practice and transitions into arm balance and inversion postures. Build confidence in your own strength and ability Get ready for some fun, and a whole lot of sweat as you learn to find your wings! These workshops are for beginners to arm balancing or those who would like to understand how to refine their arm balancing practice further. You must have a regular yoga practice as all these workshops are not for complete beginners to yoga. If you are unsure whether a workshop is suitable for you please give me a call on 07894 213107.
